Avtodom acquires Moscow Region-based Mercedes plant

MOSCOW, Apr 19 (PRIME) -- Russian car dealer Avtodom has become a 100% owner of Mercedes-Benz’s former plant in the Moscow Region, as seen by PRIME in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities materials on Wednesday.

The dealer also purchased Mercedes-Benz Capital Rus, a car lessor and insurer.

Avtodom said that the deal has not been closed yet, and promised to give an official comment until the end of April.
